What is the band's standard performance time?

The band performs two sets between 45 mins and 1 hour.

What is your arrival time and how long do you need to set up?

This will depend on your day. We usually arrive 5-6pm to set up for the evening. We ask for 1 hour in general.

When do the band play until?

Our standard time is 11pm - Midnight, but this can vary.

Does the band have liability insurance and are you PAT tested?

Yes we do, we can provide this for your venue if needed.

Do we need to provide any sound or lighting equipment?

No. The band come with all of our own sound and lights.

Is the band willing to travel?

Yes, when you enquire, our quote will include a travel fee.

How do I secure my booking?

We request a  deposit to secure the booking and nothing else is due until the week of the event. For important events it is standard practice to send out a basic contract that both parties sign. This is to protect you and us.

What is the stage size required?

Roughly 5x4 meters.

How much does it cost to book you?

Please provide us with as much information as possible so that we can provide you with a quick and accurate quote. Fees are dependent on date, location and bad arrival time etc. Directly booking the band you have no agency fees.

Can we request all of the songs you will play?

By all means give us your preferences and favourite songs from our current repertoire list, but we strongly advise against picking songs and arranging entire set lists, due to the quite specific way in which we put together our performances.

Over the years, we have discovered that many of our favourite songs don’t work as well as others in a live situation and there are certain songs that constantly crop up as requests from our clients which can actually be real dance floor clearers as well! It is also very important for us to put certain songs in certain places in our set to keep the party moving. We will however add as many of the ones you like in as possible.

Do I need to feed the band?

Yes please! We don’t expect a three course meal, and we don’t drink on the job, but please consider the journey time we have taken to get to you, once we arrive at the venue it’s all systems go with set up, soundcheck and performances without a minute to spare, so we would totally appreciate some sort of refreshment somewhere along the way.

What time does the band start?

For evening performances the band usually starts just after your first dance around 7.30pm and have a break in time for your buffet. Daytime events are purely dependant on your schedule. We are happy to also tailor the evening to suit your needs.

How long is your break and do you provide music during it?

Our break is normally around 30 minutes long and we include playing music via an ipod to keep the atmosphere going during our breaks. You may provide your own music if you prefer. We also offer a DJ set for after the band perform at a small extra cost.

Are there any hidden costs?

There are no hidden costs and all quotes include the bands transport costs and supply of sound system and lighting.

How early should I book you?

We operate on a first come first served basis so the sooner the better. We currently have bookings that go 2 years ahead and often the most popular dates remain the same each year. Once you are in the diary, you can relax and know your music is taken care of. We can then arrange the way your day will run nearer the time, when you have your schedule.
